Shipping and Pricing Policy

ACRE International ships goods within the Philippines, however, at this time we have temporarily suspended including shipping fees as the rates plus availability of courier/forwarder choices may change without prior notice, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange for your shipping and delivery preference.
Shipping cost is on the account of the customer and the cost will depend on the choice of courier/forwarder service that the customer hires. We aim to have your items ready for delivery in the fastest time possible. Please give us 1-3 business days to coordinate with you for shipping instructions.
When do I receive my order? After you have successfully placed your order and paid for the item/s in your shopping cart, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. You will be assigned an Order ID to track your order. Once your item is ready for shipping, our customer support team will get in touch with you in order to coordinate with you on your preferred delivery date and method of delivery.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AS TO SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 3 business days from the purchase date. Most orders should arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch depending on the destination. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive either by emailing [email protected] or calling our hotline at +639338298429 during busines hours. Once we learn that an order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are discovered.

PICK UP POLICY

Once customer has received confirmation that their orders are ready for pick up, orders to be picked up on the same day or the next day will follow the schedule below:
AM Cut-Off – Orders will be ready for collection/pick-up from 9AM to 11AM.
PM Cut-Off – Orders will ready for collection/pick up from 1PM to 5PM.
All order confirmation placed after 1PM will automatically be prepared the next day and shall follow the AM cut-off.

PRICING POLICY

All of our prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and NON-VAT (Value Added Tax) for customers. Please note that our prices may change without prior notice.

 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Orders received online or received electronically or through other forms of order receipt confirmation does not automatically signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ACRE INT’L CORP. , reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All products are offered for sale subject to available stock.
